|  | | This project studied the effectiveness of solutes on the time and temperature at which liquids freeze. This was done by freezing soda with and without gas, and freezing water with and without salt and checking their time and temperature every 3 and half minutes. Liquids freezing times and temperature differed when freezing with gas, without gas, and with salt because of freezing point depression. |
