| The purpose of this experiment is to find out which liquid (tap water, corn oil, 70% isopropyl alcohol, milk and liquid detergnet) has the greatest surface tension. My hypothesis is that corn oil has the greatest surface tension. The result is that tap water has the greatest surface tension because it is a pure substance, denser than other liquids and its molecules are dipolar. | ||
