| This project studies the effect on the electro motive force (‘EMF’) of thermocouples when the amount and type of heat is changed; the gauge of the conductors is increased, and; the two metals are similar or identical, not different. The EMF is boosted as the heat increases but the gauge of the conductors has no effect. As the metals are made more similar EMF decreases. | ||
